I was the first granddaughter, the favorite, Grandma's Angel. Someone stole my wings when I was young. Now, I'm going on a journey to find those wings again, so I can fly one more time before I die



The reason for this journal:
This is an accounting of my life, from very early on in my childhood until I started writing my first paper journal in a spiral-bound notebook (at the age of 20). Not only do I enjoy writing, but I'm also doing this out of necessity; to try to understand what happened in my childhood and how it affects me today.

This is a Friends Only journal. If you wish to be added to my friends list, please comment as to why you'd like to be add. All comments WILL BE screened, in both adding friends and on posts. I don't need drama, advice or your negative opinions nor am I asking for any of those. So, please don't take it personal that your comments are screened.

Please remember that this is MY journal and I can and will write whatever I feel. If any of it bothers you (and some of it might), then please don't read it. For my part, I will try to remember to put some things under a *cut*.

NOTE:This journal is not going to be in any specific chronological order. Of course, I'd like it to start at the "beginning", but there will be times that I'll remember things here and there, so I'll post those as they come. Some persons in my journal will only be known by their first name (for now--never any last names) and this is because they were friends and never knew. They were never "involved". When my journey is over, then perhaps I'll put them all in the order they should be.
